Got a call on my text now at lunch. Answered and it was dead air. Called back and got the virtual assistant, after that got a gatekeeper who messed up pretty bad and said they were with the department of education. Unfortunately I don’t have a recording though. After that Natasha came on the line, but only wanted to call me back. Remember protect your hard earned, nonexistent, student loans at all times!
