Same virtual assistant. These guys keep blowing up my phone.

What’s strange is here lately, I get the calls on my real phone. I of course don’t answer and call back on my text now. The virtual assistant is the same, but no human being has been picking up lately. Usually when the virtual assistant says one moment while we connect you with your student loan specialist a person will answer. They haven’t been answering though. I really don’t understand this. Why send out calls if they aren’t going to pick up the phone? So of these numbers I had reached a person on, but lately no such luck. Any advice here would be awesome.
