So just got a one ring and straight to voicemail, even told a coworker I knew this was a student loans scam. The voicemail is hard to make out, this is my best guess:

Hi Damian Reynolds from student loan center we were just trying to update the list to see if you still want the help you requested. If you do call us back at 202 866 7734 and we will finish out your application. If not you can also opt out by calling us back at that number and selecting option 2.

Remember to protect your hard earned nonexistent federal student loans at all times!

Just got this call. Hard to hear and the transcript someone posted sounds right
