Must be student loan scam day or something. This number even showed as a scam call on my phone. Rang once and instantly stopped, a clear sign of a student loan scam call. Same virtual assistant as before. I will warn though I did not reach a human being once I got past the virtual assistant. I don’t know if this is because they are overloaded.
