Additional information about this call: I just got a robocall from this number. I called back and listened to a long, deceptive recording before pressing 3 to “speak to a licensed agent.” Then the call dropped unexpectedly. On the second call, I was transferred to Robert Speaking, but he refused to verify his favorite color and hung up the call.
