Got them to answer again. This time they tried to use ckhhelp.live
When that didn’t work (after having me try it over a dozen times) just went into the script, run netstat, run ipconfig, etc, without connecting to my computer.
I think after 45 min his boss told him to hang up cause that was it.
This guy was dumb as a stump. Will try them again in a while and update.
