Situation:
My mom got scammed by 2 "men" possibly deaf. They were using texts as a primary method to hook her and then it devolved into FB. First one said she was on an FBI list and then the other guy was a "Facebook official" for the deaf winning lottery. All told after this incident we found out she has diabetes and at the time her blood sugar was high and wasn't thinking clearly. They scammed 1000 from her before she realized what was going on. They told her to get ebay gift cards.

Unfortunately now they've hacked her Facebook account and I've been unable to recover it. She didn't have a phone number attached to it, and they changed her email so any codes go to their email.
Any help with this would be appreciated as all the other routes of "facebook.com/hacked" and otherwise has been a bust.

@rev3rb#185921 You have to email Facebook support. Explain the situation and usually they will want a copy of her driver’s license and they usually can get her account back. From other people who had their account stolen and their email changed that’s the route they took. Worth looking into.

Great idea. I’ve been unable to find an email address for Facebook Support. Is it generic like [email protected] ? I have a copy of her DL so I’m ready on that part.
