NOTICE OF RESTITUTION ELIGIBILITY
CASE CLOSURE & COMPENSATION INSTRUCTIONS
Our records indicate that you may be eligible to receive restitution in relation to an international cyber-fraud investigation recently concluded by the FBI in cooperation with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), and the International Association for Identification (IAI).
The investigation focused on one Ramon Olorunwa Abbas, also known by several aliases, a Nigerian national arrested and charged with multiple counts of cyber-enabled financial fraud. The court has officially closed this case under the following conditions:

Restitution Order: All seized assets are to be liquidated and distributed to verified victims via a court-managed restitution fund.

Sentence: Time served, plus 68 additional months in federal custody.

Supervised Release: 10 years’ probation upon completion of sentence.
Over the course of this investigation, digital forensic evidence revealed that your contact information was recovered from devices and communications associated with the aforementioned individual and his affiliates. As a result, you have been identified as a potential victim of cyber fraud under federal statute.
To protect the integrity of the investigation and international legal cooperation, all victim representation was handled via a court-appointed legal agency: D.L. & Associates, a firm specializing in transnational financial restitution cases.
