FreeCarrierLookup dot com says that’s an invalid number and I’m not able to reach it from my phone.
In my case it rings. Try web chat with them, they will provide you a number.
Ok trying again. I reported their account to tawk.to but I rarely get any response when reporting abuse to that company. Update, got a call from Oliver on the same number, but I am unable to dial back, it may be spoofed.
Oliver’s favorite color is black. He tried to sing the Zelle Song for me, but all he could muster was a couple of weak yelps, then he hung up.
