Fake tech scammers that try to gain access to personal computers
[[3,4],[3,4,37]]
@mrpunchalot#139800 Verified at 1140 CT on 5/22/20. Nasty little man, as usual.
@JusticeinTexas#139803 It’s because they know they are about to get blown up. The man is there. But it seems to be a very small operation. If you hear from time to time, you will a bunch of background noise. That’s him answering and hanging up.
i dont know what the pop up says, i told him my files were at risk and he told me it was a scam
So they do have the ability to block phone numbers. Would be best to run a proxy or spoofer. Just wanted to give a heads up.
Sorry, some more information: When you go online, it is a Yahoo technical support phone number. You should go with something along the lines of “I can’t figure out how to get into my yahoo account” or “I just got an email someone from another country is trying to access my account.” But for the record, I used the latter statement so they will be skeptical of that one. I’d say go with the former and just be a “clueless” person who just needs their password reset.
@1888TechLineOfficial#139819 Oh sorry, not to say I used my real number. I have a specific starter number and I run that number into the ground to test if scammers do have a way to block phone numbers. Then report if it happens or not.
