He’s finding out with the help of my fake name and zipcode that there are foreign ip addresses on my network. But, unfortunately he wasn’t able to provide me the name of my ISP. He took a guess, but was wrong and when I laughed in his face about his ignorance, he hung up in shame.
The worst hackers come from the 192.168… block. Your Support Executive should know that. Also: Roger Mam’s favorite color is “that blue.”
