“Mark” refused to “Suppoat” and “Sierra” initially told me to take my device to a nearby repair shop before actually providing “suppoat” and transferring the call to her “senior technicians, Alex Taylor,” who asked me log out and log back into my computer.
- “Alex” refused to “suppoat” as their ConnectWise client was broken, instead opting to disconnect their phone line.
