On call now. He keeps putting me on hold. I think he doesn’t know how to deal with the fact that I have an iPad.
He’s running a few scans…claims he knows my IP address. (NOT)
He’s not even connected to my dewice.
He’s talking to the ant hacking department now because, of course, my IP address is compromised.
He seems to have given up on. Will let me know later if my case is resolved. Via email…which he doesn’t even have. He hung up.
Denies he is a scammer while insisting he needs to connect for my security. I have one of them cursing Americans.
