I called and reached a voicemail (Saturday morning), but immediately got a call-back from “Rachel” from HP Support Department at 786-602-9045. Rachel says his favorite color is red. He made an attempt at singing the HP Printer Song, but it was pretty lame and not much of a song, more of a rap.
I also got a call-back from 888-850-8590 but I have been unable to verify the number.

After checking the scam popup, I then went to the main page of contactusnow.online and was able to properly identify the scammers as Techmagnate, an Internet marketing service provider based in 1st Floor, Rathi Tower, A-24/8, NH-19, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Saidabad, New Delhi, Delhi 110044
