Answers as: “Suppoat” or the “Technical Suppoat Team of Microsoft
Technician: “Jenny”
Security Technician: “Michael Wilson”
Remote Access Software: QuickAssist or UltraViewer (ID: 82557638/DESKTOP-1BK563J0, 65668395/DESKTOP-79E3N11), then ConnectWise from ptccare.live (Code: 68446/86594, IP: 172.67.191.16)

Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, “Jenny” attempted to download ConnectWise to connect to the “secure network.” But as their ConnectWise client failed to download, “Jenny” attempted to “update the security” by opening Notepad and asking me to provide my name and phone number.

  • My call was then transferred to “Michael Wilson from the Security Team,” who opened EventViewer to falsely claim that a virus was downloaded over the Internet without my knowledge, then the Command Prompt to run the “netstat” command.
  • “Mike” then failed to install ConnectWise from ptccare.live before asking me to log into my email. I told him that I can only access it on my cell phone, so he ran the “tree /f” command in the Command Prompt before falsely claiming “7 hackers” were found in my computer.

  • “Mike” then asked me to log into my nonexistent bank account. But since I don’t do online banking, I was asked to type the name of my bank. Since I refused to do so, “Mike” opened the Command Prompt and asked me to write down my debit card number (which I generated from dnschecker.org) before he ran the “tree /f” command once more to falsely claim “2 hackers” were found on my bank account.
  • “Mike” then opened the Performance Monitor and asked me to put him on speaker so he can spend 15 minutes trying to get an “update” for my virtual machine. This never happened, as the UltraViewer connection was dropped.
