He told me he’s certified for Microsoft AND Apple. I said I don’t believe him and pretended to google the fake popup. Then I read his script to him. He told me to hang up if I don’t believe him. I said…No…you hang up. He still hasn’t hung up…30 minutes on mute…so far.
Told Jake or whatever his name is that my name’s Ben Dover haha.
He won’t hang up! Over 1.5 hours on hold.
