Tried to call from 2 numbers at 9:55am and would not connect
They’d already been flooded out with a barrage of calls into them
Often popup numbers won’t last long but might come back when they think the coast is clear.
I usually give most Microsoft popups no longer than a 20 minute lifespan .

This knob gobbler answered as Microsoft on what is clearly an Apple popup. 
I’d bet they have multiple popups out there as most of them generally do.

When I tell them it’s on my iPad, they rarely want to remote in…but pretend they can see hackers on my network anyway. So I can bait them for as long as I like without even having a virtual machine. But I usually lose my cool after they tell me about the child corn.
