Telstra/Bigpond are the biggest service provider in Australia. These scammers https://www.bigpondonlineservice.com are impersonating them. They have spammed their scam each and everywhere.

Call them using skype for free, or textnow for about 2 cents per minute.
Phone number is +61 1800 491 819, they currently answer silent numbers, but they may block them in the future after this is posted as I’m sure they will get a lot of calls.

This number is still active. He was dumb enough to give me a lady's number (Karen) who he already has computer access. I then called to let her know not to make any deposits or send any form of money.
