Additional information about this scam: I got a call from “Your Computer Guy,” Alex-Alex Wilson. I called back and spoke to his Senior, Steve Jones from The Microsoft. Steve Jones says his favorite color is Green. But he does not know the Microsoft Song, which leads me to doubt his credentials as a Senior Technician.
