I contacted Fake Netgear techsupport (netgearroutersupportnumber.com - posted number doesn’t work. They called me from 1-800-283-2149). The lady on the phone (“Christine Stevens”) gets mad easily.

P.S. I was able to get them to call me by using the chat box on the websites. If the number on the page doesn't work. You can interact with them using the embedded chats. Be prepared, they will:
Try to use your camera
Attempt to get you to install Rescue Lens on your phone so they may use the phone's camera
Access your router (make sure you are not using a default username and password for router admin or outright block access to the router login portal)
So many tree commands.
