The Federal Tax Resolution Department
They say they will negotiate your taxes but they take your money and all your information and they don’t do anything.
They are nasty and rude and if you ask for their company name or website they hang up you.
The second call I made they said they were a law firm but would not tell me the name and hung up when I asked. She also said they negotiate credit card debt.
Finally got the name Countrywide Law Firm in California. The only law firm by that name are actually personal injury trial lawyers.
Every single call went to a different entity. One was actually Liberty Tax.
EDIT: I called the real Countrywide Law Firm and spoke to someone about this. Needless to say, they were very upset.
