They don’t answer silent numbers or non-Australian numbers and they operate from 8am-10pm AEST(+10GMT) Mon-Fri, but I’m not sure about the weekend. Youtube removed that video after the scammers complained. Calvin Hunter (In Australia) is the boss of the scam and his home number if calling from outside Australia is +61 249733292 or within Australia is (02)49733292
They do answer on weekends, but you must display an Australian number or u won’t get thru. I can also confirm 100% that all these numbers go through to the same call center which is macgeeks.com.au

I suggest using https://bobrtc.live as it’s a dedicated VoIP service that is able to call scammers and it’s free. It works on chrome, firefox, brave and opera browsers (it won’t work with edge/explorer). You earn Credits by calling USA 8XX numbers and then you use these Credits to call other numbers (like AUS numbers).

There are no hard and fast rules, the key is to keep them guessing and on your call as long as possible.
It doesn't matter if it's 1 minute or 10 hours like Kitboga.
It all adds up to be wasted time for them, and they are not getting to scam your nanna.
As time goes on and you learn how what works and what doesn't you'll be fine.
My best advise is time spent. I used to have time but hardly do these days saddly.
