They are notorious myphonesupport.com/Quatrro from Gurgaon city in India. Gurgaon is very close to New Delhi airport. It is the hub of scam call centers in India. Evey block has scam call center.
Their competition techliveconnect.com (Saburi TLC) and Benovellient Technologies [BT] are close by.
