They will not call back because it is dead now. And I don’t know how you heard police radio chatter when it was the carrier vm that came on.
I think they mean they played Police Radio chatter when leaving the message

I think he meant he was playing police radio chatter in the background. I use this all the time when making group calls where someone will buy the gift cards only to have Inspector Callahan show up because the store manager called.
That’s funny because with me, special agent Arjun Patel left me a message saying they aren’t who they say they are and to not send the cards
