Additional information about this scam: Called because they rank high on SEO for Sage support, impersonated Sage Support, and requested a “Data plan”. After realizing how fishy this was, called Sage support and confirmed this is a scam.

i guess their number got removed. was just on the call with “Eric” and he hung up mid call. me and my buddy recalled him and it didnt work.
I’ve reported them to a few places so far:
Bing Search: so they stop ranking so high
OVH Cloud Hosting: The cloud provider
tawk.to: their chat provider on their site
GoDaddy: the domain registrar
Reported to Ringcentral
Their fake google location with reviews is now “Permanently Closed.” 
Their website is still active and phone number still connects
