This is the fake technical support for Quicken and they tried to charge 499.99 for 5 years support from me.

I had some critical issues with my latest Quicken Deluxe 2018 capital one bank accounts, the bank connected me to these people and i talked to a guy named mike, who did ask me for money ($50) for fix on it and made it clear that they are third party techs, they also shared the direct Quicken number with me. I cannot call them fraud, on the contrary they helped me professionally.

if you call directly to Quicken then they fix your problem without any charges
