when calling press 2 to speak to their tech support
they have been running this scam for a very long time, they pretend they are quickbooks then sell you a bogus support plan, i convinced one of them to teamviewer and pulled the switch sides technique, i was able to grab a text file of multiple people they have scammed and i have contacted them to let them know.
