Additional information about this scam: I was having difficulty with my payroll in QuickBooks. I googled and stumbled upon this website which seemed to be legit at first. 5 minutes into the call and they tried to connect to my computer remotely which and denied and they told me upgrade by paying a whopping $2000. I immediately hung up the call and later after a bit research found them to be QuickBooks impersonators. Beware of them.

Active now. Gave him an error code. Im on hold. He was directing me that another agent would call me back. He got skittish and left after he said he was from Everett California and I let him know it was supposed to be Everett Washington.
