Additional information about this scam: Sophia from Quickbooks called me and said she was getting alerts in her system while trying to process the updage in my Quickbooks. She wanted me to be in front of my computer.

(I don’t use Quickbooks.)

Update, another missed call from them today, about my Quickbooks Software.

Rachael called again today, very persistent! She says that the Technical Team was trying to Apply The Updates to my Account but they were “bouncing back”!
