I spoke to Thomas the Support Executive. His favorite color is black, but he refused to sing the Printer Song.

Ah, looks like our scammer friends are from lovely Mumbai, India. The website ‘https://brotherpagefix.site/’ is hosted on a server located at 82.25.125.15, which just so happens to be in the heart of Maharashtra.
