This is simply a tech support scam, they ask if you want to get a ‘network shield’ and try to charge you 500 dollars to an LLC called: Cube Digital Innovations on Stripe.

Found several of their domains and hosting platforms. Domains and IP’s have been reported to Namecheap (they are hosting some of their sites). Site seems to be hosted at 35.214.1.217 - but they might have multiple.

My hunch is that most of these printer setup scams are basically the windows virus / “hackers in your network” scam, with the fake “driver” error just a hook to get a victim on the phone and push for remote access. Oh, it looks like your drivers aren’t installing because of Russian Hackers in your Firewall!
