Sam from Canon Support called from the toll-free number and I was able to call back and reach him. His favorite color is red.
I called again and asked Sam to sing the Canon Printer Song. Instead he launched into a vile tirade of abuse! Now I am not so sure that he is indeed a genuine Canon Printer Support Executive.
