Additional information about this scam: I got several calls from “support technician” from this number, and was able to call back and reach them. This must be related to one of the other print scammer groups I’ve posted about here today but I’m not sure which one. It’s rare to see an old 800– number used to call back rather than some throw away Text Now or Google Voice line.
