Roy from Printer Support says his favorite color is black, but he refuses to sing the Printer Song and blocked my phone number. No support at all!

I spoke to Danny Thomas from the HP Support. His favorite color is black. He says it is ridiculous to expect him to sing the Printer Song over the recorded line.
