I spoke to Frank from The Printer Support. His favorite color is pink. He tried to sing the Printer Song, but all he managed was a lame, tuneless, rhythymless scatalogical chant.

I tried to leave a vm but it cut me off after three sentences and said the recording is too short. It ultimately hung up on me.
