Number cannot be reached from my calling area as well.
It’s not my place to be telling anyone things as I really have not a lot of experience or knowledge from the 10-20 thousand targeted calls I make each day to find a couple of thousand active toll free scam numbers.
Never hang up when you hear, “The number you have dialed cannot be reached from your calling area”.
In many instances it will connect after saying that each time.
Always let the number drop fully before assuming it is dead. 
I have several dozen other numbers every day usually that say the same thing, before connecting to the familiar mindless dribble of, “Thank you for calling support”.
