I found this E-shop online on Instagram and bought for about 100$ from them. 2 Months later and I still don’t have any info and they don’t reply on FB and IG, the only staff member that will reply is name Erika and he is a joke have fun :). Looking back at their IG account and their website nethworth(480$) and (2$/day) I am confident that they are scamming people and not delivering anything.

Either is a sincere misunderstanding from a real customer, or you are a competitor who is out to tarnish us. If this is a post from a real customer, then we're glad that we found this post and responded to it- despite the mocking comments that will follow from all who have commented here. But if you're simply out to tarnish us (which seems more likely since you don't even have a real name and have so conveniently posted 4 links above to sabotage us), well- we hope you'll learn how to run a a business the right way.
Can we have your order number or the name/e-mail used for your purchase? We're happy to task our support team to assist you right away- although they already respond to all queries from our customers and those who reach out to us via the "Contact Us" form on our website within 24 hours. Hence, if you've yet to get a response from our support team, it is because you have not contacted them on our website, or you have not responded to any of our automatic order and delivery notification emails. We very rarely view our Instagram and Facebook inboxes as it is flooded with queries from individuals asking to collaborate, receive items for free in exchange for a shout/out or review from them, as well as an immense amount of spam from bots.
We are unsure of how you believe you have obtained information on our website being worth $480, but we hope you did not pay for any expensive software to come to those numbers, as those numbers are false. We do much higher revenue than $480 hourly. This, and your comment stating you are "confident" that we are scamming people is what has led us to believe that you are more likely a competitor who is out to tarnish our brand.
Once again, if you do happen to be a real customer, just reply to any one of our delivery update emails and you will receive a response form our support team.
