Edit: Must be real Norton if I am on hold for this long. No scam call centre would keep me on hold for this long. For real though, cannot get through to them but the number takes you to the menu so may work later 
Sounds so real with all the Norton products etc. but if it came from a spam email not from Norton then it’s obviously a scam. Able to send the email just for extra confirmation this is a scam?
A quick google search shows this numbers been active since 2016. Wow. Still goes through menu am on hold currently.
