Carrier: Level 3 via Skype
Answers as: “Norton Customer Suppoat”

The scammer falsely claimed my computer came with a free trial to Norton when I purchased it instead of Windows Defender, which they merely consider as a “firewall.” I was asked to throw my computer out of the window when I called them out for their bullshit.

  • I called back and was asked to “cancel” by “opening the Google Chrome” and downloading ConnectWise from srna.site (Code: 89WH75V). I faked the download not working and was asked to throw my computer out the window.
