Scam Number: 1-844-689-9966, 1-866-889-0666
Scammer’s Website or Email: https://routerloginnet.tips
Additional information about this scam:
please be aware of this scam people, they take advantage of old people and grab money for nothing. They are not Netgear, they pretend but they are not, they are scammers, taking money under the name of Netgear. I found their number on Google under the name of Netgear, when I called they directly said some is in your network that’s why your internet isn’t working and someone is trying to hack your network. When I asked them to fix they directly asked for $399.99 to fix my problem. Later I was suspicious about service charges and after that, I researched this website and they are fake.

Claiming to be the at the same address as the “softwave” is the “soft tree”

Their web site is the usual IT consulting company boilerplate, plus this one whimsical bit of mystery:

“The Soft Tree is also into the field of serving humanity. We help people learn yoga with the help of various yoga teacher training courses. We are affiliated with Yoga Alliance registered yoga school in Rishikesh and giving YTT training services to people around the world.”

Softwave/Softtree softthis softthat!
