Called them back, asked what UK bank i was with to see if ‘Monzo’ are ‘partnered’ with them.
I claimed to bank with the Royal Bank of Scotland, and continued to challenge them.
They quickly became defensive and started being quite rude and childish directly to me.
Unfortunately I have no recording, but these ones are quite funny.
