Called me this morning saying someone from Mexico was using my computer. Wanted me to download Teamviewer
Call this number and ask for Jason. He hung up when I asked him which company he was employed by.
Now getting "all our agents are helping other customers " message. Feel free to add words of wisdom on their VM !
I got them engaged for around 30 minutes. One of them even tried to view my webcam but I don’t even have a webcam on this laptop. They got mad at me and hung up. I tried to call them back to play Tri Poloski Earrape into the mic but all it’s giving me now is “all of our agents are \helping other customers”.
Active! Scammer connecting to virtual machine: Running Wireshark on my host computer to find their IP.

My microphone is apparently inaudible and she is not able to hear the team viewer password very well.

The company doesn’t even have an email yet, apparently… What kind of company doesn’t have an email set up… They aren’t very prepared for this whole scamming operation.
She got so impatient that she hung up… you know, like a proper business support worker would.
Called her back and she should now be connecting to my computer. She connected me with another person who accessed my computer.
Sadly, I could not access there IP with Wireshark. I don’t know why. I’ve done this before, but I never had issues finding IPs. Maybe they were using a VPN or something. I doubt it though; scammers aren’t the brightest among us.
