Fake Microsoft Support webpage with Phone Number, Error Code and Link

http://microsoftsupport.com-scrhelp44.us is requesting your username and password. The site says: “0x80070424 Warning: Activation Key Damaged. Your System Has Been Compromised. Call Windows Support Immediately: 877-217-6108 (TOLL-FREE)”
It then plays the usual Critical Alert microsoft audio file using Sapi. It has an error code 268D3
I tried calling on Skype and FireRTC and it would answer but hangup as soon as they realized I was using skype after I pressed one.
