They gave me an invalid support key for GoToAssist, blamed it on hackers, and told me they’d call back in 2 hours.
I talked to a “James Fletcher” there but had to cut it off since he persisted to call me. But he also persisted that I should call his desk number, so I got that: +1-908-800-0224
During the short conversation/connection we had he placed 3 files in my startup folder:
1) HTML application: False bluescreen with message box: "Error: 00101100x00100100 missing keymgr.dll please contact +1-+1-614-918-0874"
2) VBscript (Do/Loop): Message Box "VIRUS Detected …. Urgent to install Security Software !!!!!!!!!! …… CALL US - +1-866-524-0447"
