I wasn’t quite sure who was hosting this one because the IP was pointing me to “UNIFIED LAYER” so i just checked the DNS and i see “cns3999.hostgator.in”, so the hosting is clearly hostgator india, abuse report has been issued.
Fun fact, if you open the website there will be something written in hindi
