@denniswolf1986#134928 Apparently, Bertha was not there to take my call. According to the guy who answered, the number is a “Global” number and will route to any number of different call centers throughout the US, so she could have been at any number of different places. He claimed to be in New York. Even though he had no idea why I was calling “Bertha”, he insisted he could help me. I told him that I respected his right to be gay, but I didn’t roll that way, which is why I wanted to speak with Bertha 
He took offense to that for some reason!
