Fake "Lower Interest Rate" Scam - Chase

Just got a call from 1-800-945-2000 (robocall) asking if I wanted to lower my Visa card interest rate. I pressed ‘1’ and was connected to an Indian fellow.

When I told him that I dont have any credit cards, he quickly hung up.

This is a scam, they are simply spoofing Chase's real phone number.

ALERT: The number on Caller ID will be +1 (1) (800) 945-2000, instead of just +1 (800) 945-2000

Please do not give these scammers your personal information.

Just got a call from some Indian about lower interest rates. They spoofed it so it looks like they are calling from a local #. Maybe the same people.
