how does he report it, like who does he send it to? is there an email, form?

It gets emailed off the Bandwidth for fraudulent activity we contact the provider of that company and shut down the number.

Lets try this. This google voice number 5713365741 was sent to a person that can do carrier reporting and is great at it. 100% great feedback. And will have it shut down in minutes, If that’s not a very good explanation for you then there’s no use in making comments on the forum.
