they get you to the rental house before telling you he’s out of town

says go to rently self guided tour app

then he will ask you to wire him money for deposit and rent even though the house had anti scam posters up all throughout the house saying they do not advertise where his house was listed

I had a tour set up with him he never was going to come all part of the scam
