Fake IRS (949) 531-1103. A friend received this robo call (robo male) in the evening:
This matter is very serious and time sensitive we are calling you from investigation team of IRS. We have just received notification regarding your tax filings from the headquarters which will get expired the next 24 working hours and … we would request you to get back to us so that we can discuss about this case before taking any legal action against you the number to reach us is 949-531-1103 …

During work hours the voice mail may not be heard by the caller as the scammers answer the phone.
But many potential victims will hear it in off hours.
